The internet film festival Webcuts was founded in 2001 in Berlin and takes place for the fourth time this year.
Originally founded by young enthusiasts from the internet agency area42, Webcuts has since established a worldwide reputation and has become the forum for internet films world-wide. Webcuts is based on an idea by Eckhard Jäger, Art Director of area42.
